Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program
Practical guidance to move health innovations forward and support growth.
The JP Centre’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) Program connects innovators with experienced leaders who have built, led, or scaled initiatives in complex environments. Through tailored one-to-one mentorship, EiR mentors offers candid feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and help you identify practical next steps.
Whether you are developing an early-stage idea or leading an established initiative, mentorship is shaped around your goals, stage of development, and the decisions that matter most. The program welcomes entrepreneurs, researchers, health-system leaders, and people developing community or social-impact projects.
A mentor can help you:
- Understand regional healthcare priorities, needs, and system dynamics
- Refine your value proposition, market approach, and path to commercialization
- Strengthen how you present your innovation to hospitals, health authorities, partners, funders, and investors
- Navigate adoption and implementation in healthcare settings
You remain in control of your work, with an experienced sounding board to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The JP Centre identifies a potential mentor match based on your needs, mutual interest, and fit.
